Air showers are self contained chamber and are used to de-particulate the fully gowned personnel for entry and exit in the clean room of critical area or Area with higher class to avoid the cross contamination caused by particulate matter.

These are Class 100 air showers and are provided with the nozzle having face velocity of the air from 4500 -6000 fpm for effective removal of the particulate with multistage filtration level.

The door are interlocked and blower to run for set time period and till that both door getting locked and will open after completion of the cycle. Air showers are made in double skin construction in SS 304 / 316 L in GI Pre-coated with puff insulation to give the dynamic look and to avoid the vibration during operation.

These air shower are also widely used for material entry in industrial clean room application.
